A Fine Mess

I had this in the drafts of my personal blog and had been planning on writing about barefoot running and proper running/walking, but I never got around to it. So, I’m just going to post the photo. 

I wrote a paper about this for my high school gym class…no, we didn’t have to write papers for our gym class all the time, I was just always injured/sick or generally avoiding gym class so I was forced to write papers on related things. 

anyway, its much better for you to run barefoot (obviously minus the whole not being protected from things like glass and nails) or to have shoes that are very flexible and bend in a natural manor.
